My kids see Dr. Leonard. When we first walk in we are greeted by very sweet front office staff they have a "well" and a "not so well" waiting area which I loved. The wait time wasn't long at all but i understand we arent the only patients and emergency visits do happen, I get that being a medical assistant for 15 years. Dr. Leonard's nurse is so nice I had a baby April 8 and we had to do the fist visit from the hospital then a 2 week follow up she was so gentle and patient. What a disappointing, tone-deaf experience from the staff showcasing a mindset devoid of their purpose at a practice that exists to heal children. The team on site does not have the ability to assess a situation and do what is right for the patient, the patient experience, and the provider. Critical thinking and the ability to problem solve with a patient-first mindset could have turned a terrible experience into an overwhelmingly positive interaction. Dr. Leonard and Shelly Nalbone are both awesome! They are both genuine, kind and obviously great with kids. I love how they really listen and care. I am so happy I found this practice! Also, Marinna at the Front Desk is exceptional! She was my first impression of the practice and she is so nice! She is helpful, genuine and hospitable. Thank you to you all for providing amazing patient care!
