DO NOT go to this location! I went in this location yesterday for the first time. I had what should have been an easy question about not receiving my new debit card yet. The young lady who I had my initial encounter with was extremely rude. I have never been treated so inappropriately in my life. She didn't understand what my situation and question was. Life is funny,but not funny! Times l get upset with Wright customer service.
Do not go to This location customer service is terrible and they don’t care about your time , I asked them for change for my business account they said wait for 2 minutes to check if we have and 20 minutes goes by the lady still talking to her co worker and completely ignored me. If I can give them zero star still will be too much for them.
