Absolutely Horrible customer service, uneducated employees providing incorrect information regarding account issues. Overall I have zero trust in this financial institution.
At what point do fraud precautions become attacks on good customers? I don't trust WP because of the games they play, weaponizing 'safety'. This is a review of the credit union as a whole, not any one branch. WRIGHT PATT Credit Union, is awesome
This branch is OK, but WPCU as a whole just IS NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED. We all used to be able to pay a credit card, and see payments posted instantly at any time on any day. Not any more. I have called WPCU, I've written letters, spoken to them, but they really just don't care. I HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. DAY AIR CREDIT UNION POST PAYMENTS TO CREDIT CARDS INSTANTLY AT ANY TIME ON ANY DAY! Good bye WPCU. Hope you learn to listen to your members.
Arielle was amazing and solved issues on my account that I had been helped multiple times by other staff members but never was resolved. She went above and beyond and corrected issues for me that I had previously been helped with but never actually fixed the problem even they told me it was resolved. Arielle fixed the issues and took the time with me to verify that they were solved on my end. She helped educate me and reassure me the entire time.
