We requested a payoff for an auto loan we had with Wright-Patt. We paid the amount we were told and it was applied to the account in two days. That was well within the allotted timeframe for the payoff quote. We received our statement yesterday showing we still had a balance of $0.56 on the loan. When I called I was advised that they would be able to transfer the $0.56 from our savings to pay off the loan. It was their mistake for not giving us the correct payoff amount.
