We had my daughter's consult yesterday and this is my first experience with an orthodontist and I was very impressed and felt confident in the decisions we made for my daughter. Everyone at the office was very kind and professional. My daughter also felt nervous about going but left feeling much better after her experience.

Signed me up for a repeating payment plan without any authorization from me. I have serious concerns that patient care is secondary to making money, as is true for a lot of Dental providers in the US, unfortunately. Buyer beware. Update 1: Would like to add that they also overcharged my daughter's mother without her consent months later. I'll be calling to let them know that this remains inappropriate.
