At our first encounter, I thought that receptionist was rude. Our name was spelled wrong in their system and when asked to correct it, it appeared to be an annoyance to her. We later called back to ask a question regarding accepted insurances, in which she was again extremely rude and short on that phone call as well.
Poor communication by staff, very rude receptionist, poor communication on part of all staff, including the orthodontist who seems to be clueless on what the next steps in patientcare. I would highly suggest getting braces elsewhere, this is not the same place without Dr. Walker.
Decided to take my child here for braces read the reviews and thought this is the place they are a 5 star dentist.. Well I was wrong they half to be the most rude inconsiderate people I have ever met. They insulted my child and myself making it clear they have never seen a mouth so bad and nasty . They made it clear they will not see my child and waste their time I will net be returning here with my child. We literally got up and walked right out of this office.
