Update... Wright Management refuses to hold any meeting for over 5 years and counting! We are now suing them plus two BOD members! They Refuse to tell us any financial information we are entitled to by LAW, taxes filed status, non-profit status, road fee account, and any committee vacancies. Went to an open HOA meeting , saw for myself what I had heard. Every single time the Wright Management representative was caught in a out right lie by a homeowner she immediately cut off the conversation. EX: We're not spending anymore time on this conversation ! This happened at least 4 to 5 times.Which really reinforces what we have heard about this company . When considering a management company I would never recommend Wright Management! This is the most unprofessional business I have personally experienced since moving here. Wright Management company has not honored their contract with our HOA! Do not return calls, answer any complaint, certified letters are ignored, refuse to show the people that pay them the financial data for the HOA, refused to hold meetings for years! Let me update you on the poor service since our last review. The SC Commission office filed an unsatisfactory rating on Wright Management regarding numerous complaints. They failed to give them any courtesy of return information. Next, Wright Management , tried to send violations to the homeowners that signed a petition to hold a meeting, since it has been over four YEARS now.
