Infested with roaches!! When we viewed the apartment, we were not told about the pest issue and we repeatedly said something about it to maintenance and we eventually went to the property manager, Philip about our Concerns stating that we wanted to move to a different unit that didn’t have this issue to which he stated that we would not be allowed to break our lease and that he couldn’t do anything about the roaches because we didn’t come to him first. Lived here for 8 yrs .. I was ok when the Indian owners had the when 5 west took over it went down hill.. roaches bed bugs and mice everywhere… u tell the office and they do nothing … the laundry room was always destroyed … the hall ways were nasty … homeless living in halls … i informed them of the roaches bed bugs nd mice in multiple occasion and the first time i was just told well the guy 2 floors below was infested so we sprayed his apartment and the must have moved upwards … really you don’t spray all the apartments? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE find somewhere else. This has been the worst experience of my life. Roaches that would not leave after biweekly spraying/traps, and definitely not safe for any type of pet. It’s a cheap space, but please find someplace else.
I have done an application and after I've asked important questions like when can we move in ect... she gonna say the one bedroom is taken someone help us move in here because Lisa I talked to but all she had to say is k when I asked if she'll hold the apartment for us ect...
Every time yall take down my review I’ll just put it up again. This is the second time yall have removed it, you think I don’t notice? -ROACHES -UNIT NOT CLEAN WHEN I MOVED IN - DEAD ROACHES EVERYWHERE -NO AMENITIES (See update below for more shady stuff they have done) Never in my life have I ever moved to a place and the same night I move in I deal with roach issues.
