Called to purchase a 40" toll behind plug aerator. It is sold as a part not as equipment. The person sold me a different version of the equipment. Called next morning (about 18 hrs later) to cancel the wrong order, and the only way to get it canceled was paying a $120.00 restocking fee. I tried to change the order to get the correct equipment without paying the fee, but was told it was not possible. I canceled and paid it. Have my z994r diesel there getting a seat put on it because since new it didn’t work correctly I have had numerous problems with this mower like coolant coming out of the reservoir they left a cover from over my radiator and tell me I have to pay to replace..! I’m so over buying anything else from this store and then to have a rude service manager ! Come on the mower doesn’t have any hours on it at all

They usually have everything i need to fix everything. The prices are steep, tho. Very helpful staff.
