Wright Implement's Service Department has frustrated me for years. My experience is with the Turf Department which is residential type equipment - I have no experience with the Ag Department. ((( BUYER BEWARE SCAM ALERT!!! ))) sales rep Hollie sold me Z950R And confirmed in writing what I would be ordering. After confirmation of what I was ordering I sent the sales rep my wife’s email to start financing paperwork. My wife does the paper work while I’m working and when we go to actually pick up the mower it has been switched to a less valuable Z950M for the same agreed upon price. Bait and Switch Scam!
