Always good service
Just spent 60k on a tractor. Found out upon delivery there a was a softball size hole on the rear fender where a switch was sitting hiding the broken fender. Sales rep said he forgot to mention it. Beware they knowingly sell you broken stuff and forget to mention it! I didn't see it and the sales rep said I walked the tractor so tuff luck. Very frustrating as I should have seen this but given the amount of damage I would hope they would have mentioned it.

Wright Implement's Service Department has frustrated me for years. My experience is with the Turf Department which is residential type equipment - I have no experience with the Ag Department. Poor communication. They don't answer the phone and don't return messages. Twice after I called and no one answered, I immediately got a text message inviting me to describe my issue.
