Working with the design center was very frustrating. Joanne was either uniformed or dishonest, but we kept getting the run around and finding out we were being misled.

To be honest, I'm on the fence about recommending them or not, but I definitely can't recommend them without reservations. I bought a spec home in their Cottam Cove subdivision in St. George. This house, and this builder, has proven to be a mixed bag. Wright Homes promises to build the home of your dreams but delivers a nightmare. We have had non stop water/flooding issues with our lot and Wright Homes refuses to do anything about it.
I’ve never left a review online in my life, that’s how annoyed I am. Been living in my house for 10 months and my front yard still doesn’t have grass... (I was also the last home finished on my block/development). In fairness everything was else was mostly fine and my real estate agent Cheryl is great. But as soon as I signed papers the builders basically forgot about us. So yeah, if you don’t might waiting a year to get your house finished then go with wright homes.
Bought a Parkside townhouse in Riverton. Did walk through today and Danny the superintendent and Cheryl the Wright Homes realtor were awesome. Home looks great and Danny went the extra mile as did Cheryl to make sure everything was correct. Well done Wright homes.
We have lived in our Rushmore Park Townhome for 18 months now and couldn't be happier. From purchase to move in and their continued help during the warranty period. We love the resign and it is just perfect for us. Thanks to Sky and Danny and Leo for making this all possible!
