RecommendedWe were very pleased with the simple process of selecting a house plan and customizing it to our needs. Also, the selection of paint, flooring, cabinets, lighting, and appliances was easy. Mr. Wright and his staff were pleasant to work with and prompt about getting back to us. He takes pride in his work and expects his crews to do the same.
We have been in our house 3 years and having to have the entire inside painted Yellow is coming through on our trim and baseboards it looks horrible. Nails are coming through in Sheet rock. Our experience was not good. He is supposed to build custom homes but he does it his way. Communication is terrible. Spend hours on walk through checking everything because once you sign the paper he would not fix anything. They had no caulking on one side of our house. He… See more

Richard Wright built our dream home.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Responsive to our vision but kept us on budget. Most of their standard items are upgrades to other builders. Richard and Rhonda really cared about our house!
The quality of work is fantastic and Mr Wright's knowledge of the home building industry is second to none. I would recommend Wright Homes over and above anyone else in the industry.
Want to have 99% say in your home.We been in our house since 3/19 and all our trim is the same way, turning yellow and it looks bad. Also we have engineered hardwood floors and it looks like they colored every joint with one if those color pins. So we will have to paint all the trim and have floors replaced when we can afford to.
