Literally just moved into a new home a week ago in Buffalo, we were waiting on the previous home owners to respond with utilities information and in the meantime, WHE came out and turned off our power while we were away. ZERO warning whatsoever, fridge and freezers full of food that is spoiling and a 1 year old child that I could not feed, not to mention it was getting cold outside. Can't say anything other than express my appreciation and thank you to Tony and Ben for going above and beyond on a Huge tree that needed a lot of trimming and cutting. They took care of the areas that needed it and also they trimmed areas that they didn't have to do just to help me out! Thanks again Tony and Ben for working with me and getting it done!
We've been members for 7 years and have never had an issue or blip with our electricity. The grid has been very stable. They are always great to talk to and make you feel like you are talking to a human rather than a company.
Bills are due less than 3 weeks after they are sent out. Everywhere else on earth gives 30 days. The automatic rounding up of bills is also annoying. Not a fan.
