Very rude and unprofessional worst experience ever with a guy name Charlie.
Definitely don’t care for this Co-op company. They make you call in for any arrangements and they don’t like to remove anything, will hound you for small amounts and threaten to turn services off by any means.
This company sucks! You go one day late on your bill and they will harass you non stop! Also, they always shut you down on the hottest days so you can’t even run your AC! I hate them!
