Interesting savings on website!
Absolutely terrible customer service, liars and scammers. We had set up a payment ahead of time knowing we'd be out of town long term and wouldn't have the ability to make an online payment. The day before the payment arrangement was due they shut our electricity off. When we called to discuss the payment arrangement they couldn't give us a straight answer about why they had shut our power off. However they still told us it would be an ADDITIONAL $700 to get the power turned back on, saying they'd have to send someone out to... read more
