This company sucks! You go one day late on your bill and they will harass you non stop! Also, they always shut you down on the hottest days so you can’t even run your AC! I hate them!
Co-ops are not all they are cracked up to be . Even though they say they are member owned they sure as hell are not worried about you and I can promise you that. I thought they were a good company for 2 1/2 years now, but yesterday they came and shut my power off, and demanded the $180 payment that was due!??? All I asked for was a little slack until later in the day and I’d be happy to make the payment to them! When your forced demand management causes a person to have a heart attack from not being able to breathe because their home goes from 74 to 88, and humidity goes up 2x, are you going to cover medical or worse funeral? How is this legally allowed? This monopoly and forced AC management plan needs to be stopped!
