Had a very positive experience with the technician. He was the most pleasant we’ve ever had. Fixed the issue in good time.
Furnace was not working, called them because they installed it years ago. Tech comes out, zip ties a wire to another one making the furnace turn on once, claims my board is shot, quoting $1,700+. I had my dad take a look at it, he cleaned one sensor and the furnace has been running good ever since. The price for them to come out and put a zip tie on is outrageous, along with a misdiagnosis. Call the little guy first.
Happy with my furnace maintenance service from Wright Heating and Cooling. Tech arrived on time and was professional and friendly. Gladly and clearly answered my questions and work was completed efficiently.
