Always have excellent service and the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable.
This was the first time I've been and I was impressed. I had a very good hearing test (and it was free) from someone who knows what they're doing. The results were explained well and there was never any pressure to buy anything.
My husband and I had a visit this afternoon at Wrights Hearing in Pell City Alabama. The staff there were very friendly and answered all our questions. I’m so sorry for not recalling the name of the wonderful lady at the desk. She took our hearing aides for cleaning. We then spoke with Cindy Brown. We received excellent care. Thank u guys so much. We have had our Starkey’s Hearing Aides for a while now and are very happy!
Service was great and done in a timely manner.
Ladies at Wright Hearing were very friendly and professional. They spend as much time as you need in asking them questions to be sure you are making the right decision on the hearing aids you need for your level of hearing.
