I can’t recommend Ashley at Wright Hair Co enough! From the moment you walk in, she’s so happy and outgoing with such a great personality that you instantly feel comfortable. Not only is she lovely to chat with, but she’s also an incredibly talented hairdresser. Ashley is amazing. She’s so sweet. She makes me feel wonderful and at ease. Most talented hairdresser I have ever had and has become an amazing friend. My hair is so long and she always makes it look great. You always feel so welcomed when you walk into this place by everyone. It makes a long day better.
I made an appointment but couldn’t even get into the salon due to the parking conditions. Every open spot was filled with snow, and the alternative parking area was a steep, icy hill. My van got stuck for several minutes, struggling to get out, and no one came to assist or even acknowledge the situation. Customer service starts before you walk through the door, and first impressions matter. For a high-end salon, I expected more consideration for basic accessibility and safety.
2/5/2026: I needed a new hairstylist suddenly and decided to try Wright Hair & Co. - Salon & Spa because of the strong reviews online. I had high hopes for Ashley, and she was absolutely wonderful! She always asked me what I would like before doing anything, which I appreciated.
