I ordered flowers to be delivered to my parents' home after my mother had surgery. But my parents ended up having to stay overnight at the hospital and weren't home to receive the flowers. The delivery driver tried twice to deliver them and even called me. He was so kind and helpful. I appreciated him trying so hard to get them there. Thankfully my parents were able to go pick up the flowers the following morning. My mother loves the flowers!! Thank you!

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my husband for a special occasion. The arrangement that was delivered looks nothing like the picture on their website. I was embarrassed when I saw the picture of the arrangement that my husband sent me - it looks like it was thrown together & not even close to what I ordered. I spent almost $100 for the arrangement and delivery fee! Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of money. Thanks to Wright Flower Company for ruining a special moment. I will never recommend this company to anyone!
