My husband ordered me some flowers costing between $75-100 for our anniversary. Delivery guy was nice but the roses were already browning slightly upon delivery. Despite watering regularly there is only one rose that remains upright at the very top of the bouquet 4 days later, but at least half were completely sagged (ALL of the small pink ones) by the next day. That said the arrangement was gorgeous when it was fresh I’m sure. I’ve never had this problem even with Walmart arrangements.
I haven’t exactly been yet, but I had the amazing opportunity to meet some of the Wright Flower Company’s workers recently. If this company is anything like them then it is driven by genuine kindness and compassion- something you don’t really come across as often nowadays. They were a highlight of my week!
My husband bought some roses for me as a surprise and I was so excited and happy until he told me his experience. He said that the older lady helping him was rude and standoffish. She didn't really care to help him and seemed like it was a bother to her. The roses weren't the best either. They looked half wilted already and poorly arranged. We will not recommend this place to anybody. Especially since my husband is Hispanic. That seemed like the reason to why she was rude. Very dissapointed but not surprised.
It was a pleasure working with Cherie, very prompt & precise with the wholesale florals we ordered. When I first began the conversation about florals with the bride, all she asked for was “Peonies!”. Wright Floral delivered on that wish with the most full pink & white peonies! They also provided high-quality florals for bud vase arrangements on tables.
THEY WERE 45 MINUTES LATE FOR OUR WEDDING!!! I spoke to them the day before the wedding and yet I think they seriously forgot about us the next day. AND I told them to go to the south side of the building….. where we were waiting for them, and they DIDN’T!!! They went to the north side!!! Honestly! How hard can it be people?!! The bride and groom came out of the church without their flowers.
