Hector came today to replace some water damaged flooring. He was polite, courteous and respectful. He did a fabulous job and was able to replace the baseboards so that one would never know we had a problem. He also sang along with songs on his phone and has a wonderful voice! Beth was great getting the flooring we needed. I was a little worried that it wouldn't be available but she got it! We have used Wright Flooring in the past to replace carpet in all of our bedrooms and couldn't be more pleased.
The floor looks fantastic! Mike and George were so polite, efficient and clean up was Superb! We should have done this floor sooner.
Great to work with. Luis and Cruz did an amazing job. Both young men were so respectful and hard working. They both worked hard as a team. They were so knowledgeable and professional. So great to see such hard working young men. We also were impressed with the fact that flooring is made in the USA and it is a veteran owned company. Our experience with Wright Flooring was great! The owner Alan was so helpful as was Beth who helped us with flooring colors. Our installers, Luis and Jorge were wonderful.
