At my arrival to this new location my daughter and I noticed the beautiful colorful atmosphere. The lobby was clean and smelling fresh and decorated for the upcoming holiday (St. Patrick’s Day). Diamond greeted us at arrival with a kind smile and checked us in right away. Kate was not in today but Trina was very knowledgeable and friendly while taking calls and completing her work load. Amazing
Terrible customer service. Asked if I could speak with someone about a walker and was told that the “clinicians” are not doctors and couldn’t make a recommendation. Told her I didn’t need a recommendation, that I was just looking for speciations about walkers for size and height for my husband before we drove to the store and that we already had the script. Was told “ no, you can’t speak to anyone..”. Wow.
Very personable and friendly experience.
