They do not trust you. I told them I had no fees I had to pay because my deductible was met I had surgery. Well you have coinsurance, okay don't have that when you met your deductible. then it took a month to see it was paid 100 percent still have not gotten my money back.
Everyone at the Madison Heights location was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended
Seth was beyond helpful with SMO braces for my oldest daughter a few years ago and amazing with my youngest who needs SMO’s as well. We just had our appointment for measuring for her SMO’s.
