My son needed a helmet to correct a flat spot on his head, and from start to finish the entire experience with Francy and her staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. After just a few months, my son’s head has improved so much and he has officially graduated from wearing his helmet! While it’s unfortunate that flat spots can happen, I highly recommend this location and the amazing care provided by Francy and her staff.

I was a walk in, right after my podiatrist appointment and they were able to fit me for an ankle brace quickly. Sue at the front desk was friendly and quick inputting me into the system as a new patient. Bernie fit me into my brace and he was very informative on how to use it.

Every one was very helpful. I had an order but no appointment. Sue treated me as though I did. Luckily, what I needed, was in stock. I left with instructions and a perfect fit glove on short notice. Thank you guys.

The Staff, especially the orthotics specialist Bernie, deserves the highest commendation for the quality time he spent educating, coaching, encouraging and providing realistic feedback on my wife’s AFO and how to maximize it’s effectiveness on her left leg after three successive strokes. His wisdom, knowledge, illustrative explanations were highly effective in gaining my wife’s understanding and encouraging her to commit to adapt to this orthotic device. Our lil guy needed a cranial helmet which was not easy to hear as a first time mom. Francy was very compassionate and kind and put us and the baby at ease. Every visit was quick and easy and Francy was so sweet with the baby. His head looks so much better and I'm so glad we took him there! Sue is also very kind as well. Thank you to the staff at this location! We highly recommend you!
