I was a walk in, right after my podiatrist appointment and they were able to fit me for an ankle brace quickly. Sue at the front desk was friendly and quick inputting me into the system as a new patient. Bernie fit me into my brace and he was very informative on how to use it.

Francy & Sue were amazing with my son. Always kind and patient with him and answered every question we had. Always answered phone calls everytime we called, they also called us the day before to remind us of appointments. Highly recommend this place.

Our lil guy needed a cranial helmet which was not easy to hear as a first time mom. Francy was very compassionate and kind and put us and the baby at ease. Every visit was quick and easy and Francy was so sweet with the baby. His head looks so much better and I'm so glad we took him there! Sue is also very kind as well. Thank you to the staff at this location! We highly recommend you!

Our pediatrician recommended us to come here for my baby's helmet. Francy was amazing! She's so thorough and does an excellent job explaining everything and answering any and every question I had. I recommend anyone with any helmet needs or concerns to call & schedule with Francy! She helped us & my baby tremendously!!

Our experience with Francy at Wright & Filippis was amazing! I was so afraid to commit to getting a helmet for our daughter since it was all new to me. Francy listened to all of my concerns/answered my questions and made the entire process a breeze! Now 11 weeks later our daughter has graduated from the helmet and I am SO thankful that we went through with it! I highly recommend Francy at the Lapeer location!
