Staff was terrible. Sherri in the office didnt seem to want to do her job. Maybe she was just struggling in life but still no reason to be lazy and unprofessional. I recommend higginbottom family dental. No hassle, always nice. No games 😒
Terrible staff. Sherri in the front office handling insurance was rude and unprofessional. Seemed she was unhappy in her life.
After a horrible experience at another local office this place was the breath of fresh air we were looking for. No upselling, just gentle fast, experienced help. Our whole family ended up coming here, including my 97 year old grandmother. She HATES doctors and she'll go see Dr. Wright. So don't believe me, believe her.
Rude staff
The staff is not very friendly and they don’t explain what they’re doing. Would not go here. My teeth hurt worse after coming here
