You have to contact them yourself — they won’t reach out when your plans are done. I called to check the status of my plans, and they told me they were finished. I shouldn’t have to call them; they should contact me when everything is ready. Then I needed a slight revision, which they said would take a day or two. I waited 10 days and finally called, only to be told, “Oh, they’re done — we’re just waiting on the $100 revision payment.” They originally told me they would contact me when the plans were done and request payment... read more

I reached out to this company via their website portal to ask about their structural engineering service. The next day I received an email reply from Structural Engineer, Tina Dias. I spoke with Tina on the phone and, WOW! I was super impressed with her. I told her what I needed and what I was planning, and she gave me advice and recommendations that confirmed a path for my project. I feel as though I now have the confidence I was lacking.
