Very friendly and amazing friendly Doctors and staff....
They are too lazy to send my bill to the insurance company so they just keep sending it to me directly as self-pay despite having all my information and it not being rejected. They don't want to handle network referrals properly so they shouldn't be receiving them.
Racist seems to be the word of the day, because my deductible and out-of-pocket maximum are BOTH met at 100%. I had an appointment, and they declined to see me because I wouldn’t pay $50. Why would I pay $50 when my deductible and OOP maximum have already been met? I have nothing left to meet.
