Always a very good experience with this dental practice...wonderful dentist and dental hygienist.
I am so Happy I found them! Great staff! Made me feel so welcomed and everyone is Amazing! DR. ROBERT WERTKE was so Great and made me feel so comfortable and I am bringing my kids over with me! We are so glad to be their patients! Wish I came to the practice sooner! But we are here now! I am telling all my friends!
Dr. Rob and his team are fantastic! I came in with concerns about previous dental work, and Dr. Rob took the time to listen, thoroughly understand my situation, and address everything with professionalism and care—unlike my last dentist, who dismissed my concerns. The additional procedures I needed were completely painless, and I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly. My 5- and 7-year-old children also loved their visit, especially the treasure chest! We’re so grateful to have found Dr. Rob and his wonderful team.
Overall I’ve had a pretty good experience. Front desk ladies are nice, doctor is very nice as well. The only thing I had a problem with is that they don’t tell you you have to pay for your appointment right then and there and they don’t bill insurance right away. You get a check in the mail reimbursement 2-3 weeks later. So I had to pay $300 for my appointment when no one said anything. Some people don’t have $300 to just drop on appointments especially not being aware of it. Not happy about that at all.
