Worst property management company. Didn't get any clear communication from anyone in regards to anything, called their offices, cells and no one answered. No updates from anyone or anything and as an owner they just leave you hanging.
So far so good, I met Zinzi at CMHA, that's how I found out about they service, I only talked with Ms.Toni (by phone), and I met Dee when she showed me the apartment, they all have been very nice to me, Ms.T always call me back when she don't answer, Dee was down to earth and very professional when she showed me the apartment. Ladies thanks for help and yes I will be recommending y'all company
Truly the worst customer services. They are very mean to tenants. They overcharge and will not support their charges with a receipt from the company. They mismanaged my property and gave me the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Dee projects her own issues on to the landlord and plays the blame game. She definitely is not a people person.
Dee and her team are simply not capable to provide a proper property management service. The time it takes for her and/or her team to respond to emails is too long (weeks in many cases). When pushing this issue, other employees are being blamed and apparently have been let go. She also does not seem to be able to communicate clearly what the issues are with the property and what will be done to address it, as such that as an owner, you feel comfortable that someone is in control.
