I was shocked today after calling the local Dodge dealership about replacing the valve cover gasket on my Ram 1500 and the service department told me "they didn't feel comfortable in doing the repair at all" what a disappointment I am glad to have been made aware of this as I was just in there last week and was weighing the options between the Ram2500 and the F250 down the road Ive dealt with both service departments and I wouldn't give another nickel of my money to Wright Dodge in Center Texas and certainly wont be spendin... read more
We broke down five hours from home at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon in a ram 5500 work truck and this Service staff took us in like we were family, had parts delivered and fixed it while we waited. We were back on the road in 3 1/2 hours from being broke down on the side of a country road. I’ll never be able to thank this staff enough for what they did. The entire staff was incredible!
