my lease was up august 2023 in this home. i moved out september 15th. so cool i had to pay for those days no problem. i cleaned the home spotless, paid to have carpets shampooed . expecting at least 350-$450 of my 1200 deposit back. these people literally kept my entire deposit . for one pair of blinds and what they claim was the carpet but never even changed the carpet that i left in the home. its still there. no receipts produced. so i move on with my life and get a credit notice that these people put the SAME rent amount ... read more
