Very impressed with our new home built by wright choice homes. Portia was excellent to deal with. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she was always quick to respond or to action anything necessary. We love our new home and the building process was made easy by the team at wright choice.
My experience with Wright Choice Homes has been a pleasant, stress free built. It it not a granny flat, it is a "Grand'Pa's castle" built to my design and my pick of finishes. Building application and planning started in December, the built proper started early February. Completed in 6 months. Very professional. Thank you WCH team you are amazing
We are very happy with our new Wright Choice Home, the staff have all been really great to work with, Portia was absolutely outstanding, professional, just delightful to deal with. QHR did an amazing job, having the home delivered on the truck was incredible, amazing to see how they got it into the property so smoothly and getting the house in place, all staff stumping the house were great, cleaned up after they finished the job, no rubbish was left behind. It was a fantastic experience, and the result are outstanding.
I had a very disappointing experience with Wright Choice Homes. After progressing through the design and assessment process, I sold my existing home in preparation for this project and paid approximately $10,000 in assessment and related project costs. I also incurred selling costs of around $20,000. After these steps had been completed, I was advised by the builder that recent Commonwealth Bank policy changes meant they could no longer proceed with my project under the proposed funding structure.
