Sad I can't go lower than a 1-star rating. Bought a vehicle from Wright Buick this year and it is and has been the worst car buying experience of my life. Check engine light came on five days into ownership then vehicle spent 1 month in shop being fixed by a much more reputable dealer. My salesman was a total joke and when I emailed the owner, I never heard a damn word from him. Love the vehicle but pretty sure I was sold a polished lemon for a high dollar cost. Wish I had looked elsewhere before I bought from Wright Buick.

I bought a 2016 Escalade from Wright Buick GMC on Dec 01. 2018. Reed McCarty being the sales rep straight-up lied to me. Austin Wright, the General Manager, has no response to the fact that his dealership sold a damaged/repaired Escalade under false pretenses. If you buy a car from these guys, make sure you have it inspected because what's coming out of their mouth could be just the opposite of the truth. My car Buick Encore was perfectly fine, then I took it in to get an oil change. As soon as I left my engine light come on, I took it back and they told me 2 stories #1 that the oil cap wasn't all the way on #2 that when they checked the engine filter debris got stuck and they pulled it out, every since I left I had air conditioning issues, and the 2nd engine light came on exactly 1 week later, now the catalytic converter needs to be replaced, brought it in for the 3rd time and they quoted me almost $800 for that repair and s... read more
