i’m giving them 5 stars because they came back out to meet with me after finishing our roofing project. some shingles had come off the roof, and we talked about which ones needed to be replaced. they took care of it quickly and even cleaned out our gutters, even though i hadn’t asked for that in writing. leonard was responsible, did quality work, and stayed professional the whole time. this was for an 8-unit condo building and i’m very happy with how reliable they were. would definitely hire them again for any roofing work.
Working with Leonard from the roofing team was a great experience. He really knows his stuff, is always polite, and kept us updated about when he’d arrive. Leonard was always on time, careful, friendly, and made the whole process easy. We had a leak coming through our bathroom light fixture during a heavy week of rain. When Leonard came out to check it and give us an estimate, he even took care of some quick waterproofing at no extra cost to keep us safe until the main repair could be done. I was very happy with the entire process, from the first meeting to the final walkthrough with the owner. The clean-up after the roofing work was outstanding—much better than what I’ve seen from other roofers, who often leave behind lots of nails and debris. This crew made sure to strip my roof all the way down to the wood, which is the right way to do it for a proper replacement, instead of just adding more layers like others have done in the past.
