Charles has been repairing bicycles for 50 years. He's very knowledgeable. He has a large selection of parts and gear.
I find it most helpful to know what you want when you show up at the store. My favorite experiences are when the owner isn't in a hurry and has time time to just talk about bikes. He is one of those people who you can say without hesitation, "He's forgotten more than I may ever know about bikes." I've had to move away from Seattle, and this is one of a handful for places I will truly miss.
I couldn’t recommend this bike shop more highly! Charles is a genius who was able to fix my bike at very short notice and for a very reasonable price. Honest and attentive service. My bike has never felt better to ride after Charles applied his magic! Thank you so much!
