Quality work done here but unnecessary services added. I brought a hybrid in with shifting issues. Charles did a great job fixing this, but he also charged me for a few things that I didn't ask for: new freewheel, spoke, and tube. He never clearly asked me to add these to the work order so I was surprised when they were added to the total. He's an honest guy and we settled things in the end, but he could have mitigated this by asking. Do bring your bike here but make sure to clarify up front what you're paying for!
Newer to cycling and went for some information on my bike and in need of a repair super helpful and good prices over going to a big chain store, will be going there for all my future needs.
