Saw him for a consultation. He was thorough. Explained everything satisfactorily. Although he does seem hurried at times, he still stops and answers all questions. I like him and I trust him.
I’ve been seeing him for over 10 years. Very compassionate about what he do and it clearly shows. I’m grateful for the vessel of God. Not only is my sight perfect in vision 20/20 after numerous surgeries… saved my life. Literally he is just not ordinary. He is one of the best on this planet. I was sent to Dr. Lauten after several tears were discovered in my right retina and a completely detached retina in my left eye. He is amazing and I owe my vision to he and his staff. Amazing bedside manner during all procedures and follow ups. He treats his patients like family and I will always recommend in future.
I have been seeing Dr. Lauten for quite sometime. I love him very much and would highly reccommend Dr. Lauten to everyone. He is very through, kind, understanding, caring for his patients with all of his heart. He has a Heart Of Gold. He is very gentle with his patients and does the best for each and everyone. Dr. Lauten is my hero! The man literally took my Retina that was completely detached and now I can see again — 20/25. I could not even see my hand moving prior to surgery and now I can drive again. I recommend you do your research when looking elsewhere, Dr Lauten is legit.
He immediately found the tear in my retina and performed Lazer surgery. He answered ALL our questions and explained everything he was doing to my eye while he did it. He is very concerned with his patients and their families. I highly recommend him to other's needing specialized eye Care.
I was extremely pleased and impressed with Dr. Lauten and his entire office personnel. Everyone was so kind, organized and knowledgeable. I was given a cell number to call at any time I had problems. The wait was long due to a patient emergency, but I understood as it could have easily been me. Everything was explained in detail before and after my procedure. I was encouraged to ask questions which is usually not the case with most medical people that I encounter. I consider his skills a true blessing to me.
If you’re having eye issues then I highly recommend this doctor. His staff is very kind and Dr. Lauten has excellent bedside manner. He was thorough and explained my condition to me in a way that I could understand.
