I’ve had great experience renting from wright & Associates. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Service was always addressed in a timely manner. After reading some of the comments I was puzzled by the negative feedback. I wanted to clarify a few points about renting. The only reason I share this is because I wish I knew this BEFORE applying … They have crazy rules in the lease such as cleaning the STREET in front of the house of snow and ice, visitors can only come for 5 consecutive days in a 6 month period, for every fix you pay the first $100 even if it’s not your fault, you pay to have the carpets cleaned once a year, if you break your lease they can take ur whole deposit and every months rent left in the contract, the list goes on and on. We ultimately chose another property, but I wanted to share our experience. We initially fell in love with a rental property and even rearranged our movers and plans to accommodate moving in once it was ready. Unfortunately, dealing with this management company was the worst experience I’ve had. Our original agent Dan was unresponsive, never picked up the phone, also the email address on his business card is wrong and bounces back. Very unprofessional. So we were passed to Natalie. If I could leave a ZERO star review, I would. I genuinely feel sorry for property owners who hire this management company. They are clearly unaware of how potential tenants are treated. It's disappointing how unprofessional the service has been. I’m surprised they're still in business and that property owners trust them with their assets.
