I’ve had great experience renting from wright & Associates. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Service was always addressed in a timely manner. After reading some of the comments I was puzzled by the negative feedback. I wanted to clarify a few points about renting. The only reason I share this is because I wish I knew this BEFORE applying … They have crazy rules in the lease such as cleaning the STREET in front of the house of snow and ice, visitors can only come for 5 consecutive days in a 6 month period, for every fix you pay the first $100 even if it’s not your fault, you pay to have the carpets cleaned once a year, if you break your lease they can take ur whole deposit and every months rent left in the contract, the list goes on and on. We ultimately chose another property, but I wanted to share our experience. We initially fell in love with a rental property and even rearranged our movers and plans to accommodate moving in once it was ready. Unfortunately, dealing with this management company was the worst experience I’ve had.
