They get 1 star because 0 isn't an option. In July 2024, we completed a refinance on our property. The VA assigned Wright Appraisals to the job. Before we started down the refi path, we did our own research on what the rough value for our property was. Our realtor friend's evaluation was around $600k, which was pretty on par with what we were coming up with on a free-market search. Well, this appraiser came in at $524k. Multiple terrible experiences with Wright. Ill share the most recent. They used 15 year old pictures for my appraisal on my refinance. The appraiser didnt even come inside. Well the entre house has been updated, and they want to tell me its gone down in value? Find a different company to spend your money with.
