I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wren’s Flower Farm. I placed an order on 9 January 2026 when the dahlia tubers were released, spending over $360. I received both a receipt and order confirmation at the time of purchase, however I have had no further communication since. I was very disappointed with the service provided for my wedding. Communication in the lead-up was poor, and I often had to reach out myself to confirm details rather than being kept informed. On the day, the bouquets were already wilted and appeared dead within two hours of the ceremony. Don’t bother if you want good service and a good product. I ordered a sympathy bunch for my family to be delivered to the funeral home. I live in Canada, so was hoping for communication via email. After I ordered the flowers I sent an email to confirm, no response. On the day that they were meant to arrive I had to get my mother to call to check, no answer, then finally a call back but was too late. They couldn’t help us. My wedding was a disappointment. Karen did not want to help out at all on the day and disinterested. I had filled in the paperwork. She didn’t want to deliver the flowers around to the different sites. Orchards incorrect colour as well as the plinths. Dead flowers on the wedding cake
