Faze- the owner- wanted to charge me $1400 for a part that costs $300. He was absolutely rude and unprofessional when this was addressed with him. He yelled at me- told me to go- leave the shop- . The tire center at Costco was helping me with this situation- Faze called there and also yelled at the manager . I was shocked by his behavior- Such terrible customer service- Will NEVER go there again
I had another great experience with Wrenchers Auto, this time at their Canton location. I brought my vehicle in for an electrical issue, and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem without any hassle. The service was professional, efficient, and honest, just like my previous experience. It’s not easy to find a shop that consistently delivers this level of quality, but they definitely do. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with any kind of issue, especially tricky electrical problems.
The team at Wrenchers Auto is efficient, kind, and very helpful. I got a wheel alignment done and it was finished in less than an hour. They did a fantastic job and thus I highly recommend getting auto service done here!! Definitely coming back.
