Our truck broke down while visiting Geneva on the Lake and they got us in and fixed in the same day! I just cant express enough how grateful we are to everyone that works there!!!!!

I am beyond pleased with Wrench Monkey Customs and Repair. The owners are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, honest, down-to-earth, and truly care about their customers. They took nearly two weeks to thoroughly diagnose my transmission issue, making sure it wasn’t something less serious before giving me the final word. And the charge for all that time? Paid around $160 to repair A/C. Work incomplete, still no A/C. Wanted more money to fix. BEWARE.
My fiancé had our 2011 Ford Explorer in and wrench monkey did a wonderful job! They were very kind and understanding as we were in the hospital for a few days and had our car ready for us even though they ran into an inconvenience themselves. That is what I call, amazing staff! Thank you all so much at wrench monkey! We will be back if need be for anything else!
