We rented an apartment at 1653 W independence for over 2 years. Dana was always helpful and polite and if we had a problem needing fixed shawn was there to fix it right away. Nice, pleasant and affordable place to live.
Dana and her receptionist are very unprofessional and rude. Dana did not want to hear what I had to say so she hung up on me. I have never rented from them, but I would never want to do any type of business with them. Would not recommend them to anyone!
