Our experience with the wren team at Paramus has been wonderful, Our designer Liz was very proactive and knowledgeable The manager Raisa is also very much involved with the team and the projects. Be considerate to the fact that Wren is relatively young in US market and still putting the processes in place, However they are compensating it well with attractive discounts and financing options. I do not recommend using wren kitchens!!!! Despite numerous negative reviews online, we decided to move forward with Wren kitchens after having a good experience with the designer in store. After we put our deposit down, when we called for the next step in the process we were informed we would be working with someone else which was fine for the first few interactions. Went in to shop for cabinets. Salesperson: What’s your budget. Me: Wouldn’t I just need what I need? Then you give me a price? Salesperson: No, we need to know your budget. So…. Pricing isn’t transparent, it’s not based on what you need or want, or even set by item on any given day. Price is based upon what they can squeeze out of you.
