Kara has been doing my hair for a little over a year, and this is the happiest I’ve ever been with it. She really listens to what I want, and I never feel like she’s rushing through my appointment. I also appreciate that, because of my job, I’m sometimes talked out—and she’s totally comfortable with that quiet space. But when I’m in the mood to chat, I genuinely enjoy our conversations.
