I ordered lancer speedometer from this company, but they delivered the wrong product. Despite informing them, they did not place the order correctly , then they put the blame into customer side saying I failed to give the wrong information on the speedometer and also in the invoice it clearly stated what I order and they failed to refund my full amount. Very disappointing customer service and poor handling of mistakes. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
I wouldn’t recommend using this company. I had other higher offers, but I turned them down after agreeing a price with these guys. Then at pickup they tried to renegotiate and lower the amount with last-minute reasons. I ended up accepting their price just to get it over with. My advice: don’t cancel other offers until they arrive and pay the agreed amount, and get the final price confirmed in writing.
Very fair prices, and nice guys. Have always had the parts I needed in the past also. Very quick response with messaging as well. Worth dropping into, or enquiring at when looking for parts. 👍🏻
