Not sure how a business like this gets 4 stars. Don't waste your time. We had a reservation and the poorly operated business didn't bother to have the place open. Will try a different option when scheduling next time. Based on other reviews it seems to be an ongoing issue.
I booked this place for my partner’s birthday. We came in from out of town, and were so excited. When we arrived, there was no one there. We waited around a totally empty building, no one to assist us or tell us what was going on. After waiting and calling their number with no answer, we left. I got a phone call back and they said they could refund me, but basically there was nothing else they could do. So disappointing and would not take a chance and drive a good while out of my way to go to Wreck Creations ever again.
Although there was a slight hiccup with our Rage Room booking (completely out of anyones hands and understandable!) My daughter and friends had so much fun anyways by adding the Paint Room instead! Sarah was a gem, professional and very accommodating! Definitely recommended!
What a great place to have a birthday party in Chillicothe! This city has been lacking in this area for years!! A++ Top Notch!! And the owner is super great to work with and an exquisite party planner!!
The rage room was so fun for a surprise date! Sarah is beyond wonderful and so fun to work with. We destroyed a dryer like no one’s business, it was surprisingly a great workout. Can’t wait to come back with other family soon!
