0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality They somehow completely missed fixing a part which I had to return to have fixed. They also put a salvaged mirror on car that was not the right mirror. Still waiting for correct mirror to come in so I can go back for 2nd time to have it replaced. Also, they didn't include damage in claim that was from accident. So now I have to come out of pocket to have it repaired. I feel they took cheapest route yet charged top dollars. 3 Star : Customer Service
