I would just like to say this place is great I took my truck in in the morning and had it repaired by the time I got off work the next day!!! If you let them know you are coming they have the body parts there waiting can even paint before you show up! Thanks so much! Painless and reasonable!!
Whatever you do, DO NOT use this business. I was rear ended at the end of April. My car was taken directly to their lot. The insurance adjuster did his thing, and a WEEK LATER, Wreck-a-Mended called (the only time in this whole ordeal that they actually used their phone) and said that there was damage the adjuster missed. After the adjuster reevaluated my car, they then took TWO WEEKS to even begin working on my car. My insurance estimated that this would be a nine day job. It took nearly 2 MONTHS. I would not "Wreck-A-Mend" this place to anyone,unless you have time on your hands to wait for your car to be finished. I had to wait over a month to get my car back and all I really needed was a new bumper and tail light. For some reason this guy has more business than he can handle and is not honest with you about when your car will be finished. I called this guy every day my car was in his shop and it was always "oh we should be done by the end of the day Friday". My car was towed here on 4/19, this place was recommended ... read more
This place was recommended to me by the tow truck driver. My insurance company prepared an estimate for 15 days worth of work and sent a check made out to body shop and myself. He forged my signature, cashed the check, and won't fix my car. It has been well over 90 days, and I have wracked up over $2,000 in rental car fees. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! HE'S A THIEF AD A LIAR!!
They took possession of my vehicle after a wreck on 2/28/16 and got it back 4/15/16 after a 7-10 day repair. Kept getting the runaround about where the vehicle was in the process. It was always "going to paint" when I went there, they were waiting on parts from Ford and it all the parts weren't even there. When I picked it up, there is a chip in the new paint as well as a run. Worst customer service I've ever experience, not one phone call with updates on the work, when I called they lied and give me a date just to get me off the phone. After a month in the shop and 5 hours of waiting to pick up the car, Mr. Harvey was rude, yelling and acting very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Please do not go to this shop. They are a rip off with the cheapest parts and the worst workmanship. Your vehicle will be worth less then before you brought it to them.
Harvey and his team took care of my suv in a timely matter. They have a very nice and friendly staff. They even helped offer advice with insurance company I had to deal with. They treated my vehicle with a sense of importance. I would recommend them to everyone.
