Patrick James is not capable of handling business. My case was at the stage of being set down for trial. Patrick informed me that the trial certificate form was filed in early December 2022. This lawyer told my 80 year old mother that his firm was perfect to handle arbitrations and labour law and would be able to provide unmatched services and legal expertise - I wanted to go with someone who focused on labour law, since this is not a field mentioned in the firms expertise - and should direct to labour law firms. My poor mom spent 5000 for a one page summary that missed critical info and lacked labour law - the union told him it was insulting and after working with an ashram labour lawyer - it's night and day

The lawyer took $4000 as a retainer and did not do a thing. Wasted money in useless emails and communication. Do your research. They have multiple google profiles.

Horrible lawyer. Took my money and did not do a thing. Never returned my emails, calls or text messages. He wasted a lot of my time and money.
