Went to get my car aligned today, along with a couple other things. Sam didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t really need. He made sure I knew what they were going to do and why it needed to be done. As a person who doesn’t know much about vehicles, this was so nice. I knew I wasn’t getting taken advantage of. The quotes he gave me were affordable. I definitely will not be using another shop!
I have a 2011 Kia Rio and was having issues with it stalling at stop signs/lights etc. I took my car in to get looked at and of course it never acted up while at the garage. Sam let me know up front that it could be a couple of different things and after researching info from other Kia owners he told me what he wanted to try first and quoted me a great affordable price. I appreciate the honesty. He got me in on my day off and I had my car back by the end of the day.

Had my 2013 Subaru Outback serviced today, I got the best service in town. Have been bringing my 1997 Subaru Outback to "Wray Automotive" for years. He keeps it running like the energizer bunny. The customer service is great and the grease monkeys who do the work are awesome. I highly recommend their work and expertise.
