I have been a patient of Dr. Pam’s for many years and I have never had a primary care doctor, or any doctor for that matter, that cared as much for her patients as Dr. Pam. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a fantastic doctor.
Dr Pam is the most caring and easy to talk to Dr that really understands and listens. I have a lot of health issues and she always asks about how I’m handling everything and what she can do to help. She’s so good that I moved and really do not want another dr. I need to find one, but it’s so heartbreaking for me that I drive 4.5 hours to Dr Pam or see her when I’m in town. Front staff and billing awful. Took forever for a call back. Long wait time. Felt like doctor didn’t care felt ver rushed
Dr Tim and Pam are excellent. Great communication with clear explanations. Been with them for 15 years. Every family member feels the same. Highly recommend them. Staff is good. Well run practice.

front staff not friendly. Nurses are okay. Dr. can be rude sometimes. Staff does not return phone calls promptly. Sometimes takes days and a few calls by patient to finally get an answer. Front staff very unprofessional. Would not recommend this practice
Absolutely amazing! She is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Always consults with the patient on treatments before just scribbling a prescription. She really wants to make sure there is good communication and understanding between her and her patients. I cannot give her enough praise. (and all of the supportive staff and nurses are wonderful as well!)
Dr. Pam has been my primary physician for about 8-9 years and I have never had a doctor that I felt so comfortable talking to. She is so caring and listens to what you have to say and concerned for your well being. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a competent, caring physician.
