Disclaimer: I know they just opened, so I’ll give benefit of the doubt and another chance. The GOOD: sauce had real good flavor and the bread was delicious and fresh. Price was very affordable especially for SF. Delicious sandwiches, beautiful packaging and good people at the counter
The food is great. 25 minutes for a sandwich when there's nowhere to sit and it's just a window on the sidewalk is insane.
