Have some problem with my clutch, pedal go down and don’t want to come back, I think need to be towed to shop, but guys shop up and change slave cylinder on my transmission and in couple hours I was already on the way to my delivery

Jacob took my call. Customer service was as it should be. Asked the right questions to make sure they were able to help. Gave me a price for the service call and an hourly rate with a 2hr minimum Asked if I agreed to that. Said he could have someone out to me in 60-99min. Mechanic was here in just under an hr. Job was done right about the 2 hr mark. Very professional and would use their services again. I can't speak for anyone who left bad reviews or their experience. But the 2 gentleman I dealt with were top notch.
