While doing research for revision of an Army-Marine Corps field manual on plumbing, I found the pipe flow calculator and other online tools at the WPS website. Sent email asking about the formulas used in the online tools. Received exceptional technical support from Dave W. who patiently explained the formulas, as well as provided sample problems. Grateful for the help I received from a superb, veteran owned firm. Dave's subject matter expertise and clear explanation will be incorporated into the revised field manual.
David was extremely responsive and helpful. He called me back in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. He definitely found a new customer!
These guys are great! Knowledgeable, friendly, fairly priced, and they don’t nickel and dime! They installed my water softener and my reverse osmosis and found a leak in the process. I added the leak repair and running the ro to my fridge as well and it didn’t change the bill much at all. It’s also about time for my hot water to be replaced, I asked David his thoughts on tankless- he definitely gave an honest answer and could have made a lot more money on the installation of the tankless verses just replacing the current wat... read more
