Maximum amount rent hikes every lease renewal, extra $9.99 on all debit card transactions, 10% late fees, cannot break payment up into increments and must be played in full. Non-licensed maintenence that yells at people on site. Apartments are nice. They've got a fountain.
They do an excellent here without being in your privacy as much as possible.
Hi Team, The staff in Cambridge Apartments are amazing. I was offered Lease Renewal by WPL Associates in April 2024 for 2 bd and 2 bath for $1875, while all the 2bd and 2bath in website was listed for $1825. All the 2bd and 2bth has been listed at $1825 from oct 2023 to june 30 2024. I reached out to the WPL Associates first week of June with proof and the VP uprightly denied to reduce the rent and said if needed I can go for month on month and which is even higher price. There is zero value and honor for customers in WPL.
I am living here for last 4 months all good so far
